dont panic. its basically just an orientation. to inform you about the store.
•you will just be in a room of the back end of the store with some other applicants. probably about 5-8 people
•they will give you a brief description of…
      -the departments of the store
-the work thats required of employees for each department
      -rules
      -dress code
      -schedule conflicts (school, children, etc.)
-they will also probably ask about your transportation

…dont go all out too dressy. just wear some dress/khaki pants, nice shirt (anything thats not a tee) & some flat shoes. they like when you wear something thats also appropriate for you to wear to work. GOOD LUCK ;D

Because group interviews can catch you off guard, you should keep the following in mind.

1.Be prepared for confusion and noise. Don’t let them make you rush your answer or feel pressured.
2.If possible, learn who the panelists are ahead of time. Find out their names, who is in charge, and who has the most clout.
3.If possible, determine why a group interview is being used. Is merely convenience, to create stress, or to save the interviewer time and money? This information may indicate how to focus your answers.
4.Appear confident and in control. Keep a relaxed posture, including open body with chin down, direct eye contact, appropriate dress, and natural gestures to convey a positive attitude.
5.Make your answers direct, brief, honest, and sincere.
