He has insured all of his household appliances and electronic goods and is extremely meticulous regarding his financial expenditure. It so happened the other day I had gone to his residence to invite him to our annual meet. There I was surprised to see Fire Safety Ladders stacked and hooked over the window sill in every room of the upper floor. On enquiry, he told me that as a safety measure and to protect his family against unforeseen fire outbreaks, these lightweight ladders are highly useful and could be instantly lowered from upper floor windows.
