Is working for Kmart really that bad?

I checked out some online forums and everything I’ve read has been highly negative (a lot of the same people doing the posting though). Is working there really that bad, and exactly what level of employment would “asset protection coach” fall under?

      for me i don’t think that it would be the job that I have i been working here for three years i mean look at it like this at least your going to have a job
