Storz has manufactured a diverse range of instruments required in neurosurgery. Minimum invasive surgical techniques are particularly applicable in neurosurgery where endoscopes are extensively used for inter cranial operations. Endoscopes, manufactured by Storz, allow the neurosurgical team to observe minute details more clearly and distinctly from various viewing angles. I have been acquainted with two different neurosurgical patients. One underwent surgery two decades back without the use of advanced instruments. We recall how time consuming and complicated it was.
